Order Processing
All orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders are delivered within approximately 6–12 business days after shipment.

Delivery may take longer in rare circumstances due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, seasonal demand, or unforeseen disruptions. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Tracking updates depend on the carrier system and may not update immediately.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact support@retrogamejoygo.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Customs procedures may cause delays.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If a package appears lost in transit, contact support@retrogamejoygo.com so we can assist.

We are not responsible for theft after a carrier confirms delivery. However, we will work with you in good faith to help resolve delivery issues where possible.
